  • 05:30 - 06:00 Morning rituals (personalized)

  • 06:30 - 07:45 Complete morning yoga practice (Asana :Hatha/Vinyasa, Pranayama & Meditation)

  • 08:00 - 09:00 Breakfast break

  • 09:00 - 10:00 Yoga philosophy / Ayurveda class (Theory)

  • 10:30 - 13:00 Relaxation, self-reflection, homework, and journaling

  • 13:00 - 14:00 Lunch

  • 14:00 - 16:00 Self-study and relaxation

  • 17:30 - 18:45 Complete Evening yoga practice (Gentle asana, pranayama & meditation)

  • 19:30 - 20:00 Dinner

  • 20:00 - 20:30 Evening program (optional)
