SVL Yoga 200-hour holistic and transformative Yoga teacher training Online immersion is a comprehensive program designed to deepen your understanding of yoga, breathwork, and holistic well-being. Throughout this life-changing journey, you will cultivate the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to become an inspiring and effective yoga teacher, while also fostering personal growth and self-discovery.

Yoga practice: Explore and practise from various yoga styles, including classical Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow, Yin, and Restorative yoga, with a focus on proper alignment, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. * (All the yoga styles cannot be included due to time limitation, please contact if you are looking for training in any specific yoga style)

Applied Yoga philosophy: Delve into the origins, history and philosophy of yoga, studying key learnings from ancient texts such as the Patanjali Yoga Sutras (8 Limbs of Yoga) and Shree Bhagavad Gita to deepen your understanding of this ancient tradition. You will learn how to practically apply these teachings in your life.

Functional Yoga Anatomy & Biomechanics : Gain a comprehensive understanding of human anatomy, from yoga perspective and learn how to apply this knowledge to your teaching and practice. Anatomy module is taught from a practical point of view and helps you understand the reason behind asana biomechanics in depth.

Ayurveda and holistic healing (optional add on*): Discover the principles of Ayurveda and its connection to yoga, learning how to incorporate Ayurvedic practices into your daily life to promote optimal health and well-being

Teaching methodology: Develop your teaching skills and learn how to create safe, effective, and inspiring yoga classes tailored to the needs of diverse populations. You learn in depth about intelligent sequencing, cueing and teaching methodology.

Alignment and adjustment: Enhance your understanding of in depth postural alignment (via in depth mini workshops for more than 60 asanas) and learn how to make skillful adjustments to support your students in their practice via use of props and modifications to make asanas accessible to everyone.

Meditation and pranayama: Explore various meditation techniques and breathwork practices to enhance mental clarity, focus, and inner peace. This is important part of course and helps you understand and practice yoga from a holistic point of view. Learn to integrate breathwork and meditation in your practice and teaching.
