  • Yoga practice: Explore and practise various yoga styles, including classical Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Chair yoga, Yin, and gentle or Restorative yoga, with a focus on proper alignment, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation

  • Yoga philosophy: Delve into the origins, history and philosophy of yoga, studying key learnings from ancient texts such as the Patanjali Yoga Sutras and Shree Bhagavad Gita to deepen your understanding of this ancient tradition. You will learn how to practically apply these teachings in your life.

  • 06:00 - 08:00 AM : Complete Morning Yoga Practice (Asana with Alignment, Pranayama & Relaxation)
